Dhaka, Bangladesh - June 27, 2021 - SeaBeach77 Limited, a leading ship design company based in Bangladesh, announced today that it has signed a contract with Western Marine Shipyard Limited, a renowned shipbuilding company in Bangladesh, to provide consultancy service for two Landing Craft Tanks being built by the latter for the Bangladesh Army under Bureau Veritas classification standard.
Landing Craft Tanks are medium seagoing vessels that are used to transport and deploy tanks, armored vehicles and other heavy equipment from sea to shore during amphibious operations . SeaBeach77 Limited will offer its expertise and experience in designing efficient and innovative Landing Craft Tanks that meet the requirements and specifications of Western Marine Shipyard Ltd, the Bangladesh Army and Bureau Veritas, a leading certification and classification organization for marine and offshore industries.

The contract was signed on June 27, 2021 in Bangladesh. The two Landing Craft Tanks are expected to be completed and delivered in 2023.
